Google is in the final stages of acquiring cyber security startup Wiz. It is known that Google buying the developing startup for about 23 billion (two thousand 3 billion) US dollars. Acquiring Wiz at this figure would be Google’s costliest acquisition.
Wiz deals with cyber security software and cloud computing. Once the acquisition is completed, they will oversee Google’s cybersecurity. Wiz received $1 billion investment from venture capital investors last year. Since then, Google buying has been discussing whether to invest in or acquire the startup.
